(60-180 km): Temperature, density, winds, and emissions, including the local time,
latitudinal, and seasonal variations.

To understand the MLTI energy balance: Relative importance of the various radiative,
chemical, electrodynamical, and dynamical sources and sinks of energy for the thermal
structure of MLTI region.
