This Apollo 10 patch is part of a set of modern reproduction Apollo patches produced by Cape Kennedy Medals.
These patches commemorate the USS Princeton's participation in the Apollo 10 recovery.
The feature that makes this distinct are the stitching of the CM/SM. Where, normally, the maneuvering pods are "+", these are distinct dots.

This is the Swissartex version of the 4" Apollo 10 patch.
This patch for Apollo 10 was issued as part of the Willabee and Ward set. 4".
On this Apollo 10 patch, the antennas on LM are distinctly "+" like rather than spanner-like. Modern origin.

I am making a leap that this version is CKM due to the unique 3 1/4" width as well as the associate with at known CKM issue Apollo 9 in the same set.
This patch is a member of a set of Apollo patches that, while closely resemble A-B Emblem's 3" set, have several identifiable differences that set them apart.
