MSTI-3 is 3-axis stabilized, nadir-pointing, and will carry a payload consisting of short wavelength infrared (SWIR) and medium
wavelength infrared (MWIR) cameras, visible imaging spectrometer and telescope that will observe a variety of test experiments.
