This page is a reference for a vintage set of Mercury patches (that are also linked to a matching Gemni set). They are cloth backed.
Identifying features:
Double Serif on Mercury 6/Friendship 7 "F"
This set could have several evolutions. Images attached to this indicate that there are several versions of the Mercury 9 patch that have either a blue border around the silver star, or a silver border around the star, or no border at all.
The other patches are virtually identical.
The association of this set with a quirky Gemini set in multiple places as well as a set of Apollo patches identified as made by Cape Kennedy Medals indicates that this set may be from them as well.
