You may notice that there is now a "Flag as in your collection" link when you are viewing a patch. You can now mark patches that you have in your collection. I am working on adding a link your profile that allows you to share your patch collection with others, but in the mean time you can see your own collection by using the "My Collection" link on the side bar.
You can optionally allow others to see your collection if you opt-in, which can be access at your profile, under the Edit tab, then 'Personal Information':
Then click Personal Information and you will find the Opt-in checkbox:
You will find the link to your collection on your profile page:
